Do you mean the actual sport of weight lifting, as in the olympic sport with the clean&jerk/snatch, or just lifting weights of any sort?

I mean the sport, not olypmics. With sets/reps and such, done at home or the gym usually.

it has so many benefits when done correctly and its fun so everyone should give it a try really.
