Bath.....much better business school, and get work placement.

Bath's lovely and even if you get bored of bath socially its quite easy to get to Bristol for the bigger night life etc.

No, it's not that clear cut. Manchester is certainly one of the best Biz schools in the UK. Do not look at this with employment prospects in mind, in that regard this is far too close to call. Your employment prospects will be determined by how well you do at whichever institution you chose to attend, which in turn is going to be determined by how comfortable you are whilst youre there. So, makes sense to go to whichever environment you prefer. Strictly personal choice.
