I don't know to be honest... Just take him to the A&E.
Sounds serious. Personally if he were my son I would have him down the hospital. Headaches and hallucinations are not a good combination.

hospital. NOW! (even if its just to be on the safe side, you never know with kids) don't worry
Yeah I told my mum that, and she said its no point waiting there for hours. He's asleep now. The nurse rang back, she first thought it was menegitis, but he has no rash, then she said its a viral infection. She just said give him some calpol, and give him ice lollies and water

The headaches and hallucinations could come from having a high temp and the calpol will certainly help with this. If your mums not happy with this though she should take him to hospital. I am sure she has it under control hun.

I just think its a stomach flu, but the green sick is worrying, because I think that indicates blood. The nurse said, there is nothing we can do, except make sure he doesnt dehydrate, because he cant take any medicines, he puked the calpol out.

The hallucinations thing, he has always done it, since he was little he used to wake up in the middle of night and half sleepwalk and talk about things that werent even there, we thought he would just grow out of it. So its not like its the first time he hallucinated.

I've had hallucination/sleep things its not nice, It felt like an eternity passing and I couldnt seperate halucination from reality.

The symptoms you describe is exactly how I would describe myself when I have the flu, although I dont remember what colour my puke was.

Green sick in the immortal words of my nan is a 'cold in your tummy'. Blood will show as little coffee grounds or more visable as blood.
The nurse is right he needs fluids little sips and often.
Thank you Cindy, you've been a great help :hugs:

And thanks everyone else. Malik I hope things get better for you with the hallucinations. I always thought it was just a childhood thing
No probs hun :hugs:
could it be apendisitus.

not to worry you or anything but i think you should go to the doctor just incase!
good luck!!
I know the puke is light green because he is puking bile.
This is because he doesnt have any food or water left in his stomach to throw up.
Throwing up bile isnt anything to be that alarmed about (according to my biology teacher. depends how much you trust her.)

Sounds like stomach related cold/flu. Gastroenteristus (sp) comes to mind but obviously could be very wrong. Maybe trying sucking ice cubes as opposed to ice lollies as less likely to make him sick again. Hope he better soon *sends hug*
