Hi 
we are four friendly, outgoing, second year guys with a double room available for rent from September 20th 2011 to 30th June 2012. The house is on Woodhouse Street in Woodhouse, right across the road from TJ's Woodhouse Club. It is just a short walk from Leeds University and around a 10/15 minute walk from Leeds Met. It is also a short walk to bus stops with buses going into Leeds and Headingley regularly.
I am 19, studying Accounting and Finance and Leeds Met. The other three guys are studying at Leeds University.
The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
Basement: kitchen, bedroom
Ground Floor: living room, two bathrooms
First Floor: two bedrooms
Second Floor: two bedrooms
Rent is £65 a week, payable monthly to Bevan and Co. Bills (electricity, water, gas) are around £11.30 a week on top of that, also payable monthly to Glide Utilities. 50mb Virgin internet and weekend calls is £7 a month.
