hi im the girl who started the thread drinking problem

well i just thought id let u know i went to see a support person today and they say i have a serious drinking problem so i should hear from an advisor soon and should be on the road to get help. apparently i have got the ball rolling so i guess thats good. ill let u all know how i get on.x.x. love k.x

hi everyone just an update since i admitted my problem i feel really guilty about what i did in the past like eysterday i didnt even have a drink. ive sat in the pub with my mates and had two pints of diet coke instead of my usual wine and i feel like drinking water even if i touch alcohol because i dont want to get drunk and i limit myself to one glass with a meal if necessary. ive fallen out with my dad and didnt hit the bottle i cant beleiev how quick i can notice a change if i just think about what im doing before i drink :smile:
