My policy on interview dress code is not to dress too casually to avoid looking uncommitted, and not dress too formally (i.e. a suit) to appear too 'polished'. A shirt of some description and smart trousers should be fine.
Just a random note, I pass Kingston uni on the bus everyday on my way to school! :biggrin:
