i go on holiday tomorrow for a week, i normally see my bf everyday and sleep at his most nights. so being away for a week is going to be pretty weird.

i just rang him to ask if he wanted to stay over because he is driving us to the airport at 5am anyway, so it makes sense.

but he refused because he is playing pro evolution at our mates house all night and "cant let them down". he has all week to play on the bloody playstation, you would of thought he would want to spend our last night together?!

now hes shouting at me for being in a mood :frown:

bleh i bet i sound like a right nag?

Yes, you do. You should never get between a playstation and a male, especially if it's Pro Evolution.
*off topic, didn't read the post*

Heeeehehe, your username sounds funny. Heh. I'm going to write it down and read it every now and again just to cheer me up.

Hmm it's true. I'm not even a football fan, but I love Pro Evo (as a multiplayer game).

Same here, i hate watching and playing football because it's really boring but Pro Evo is decent.

My mates don't understand either. They're like "how come you enjoy Pro Evo but you never play or watch football?". My stock response is "I also enjoy Soul Caliber, but I don't attack people with swords and I'm fairly sure fencing on TV would be a bit dull".

Ah yes, good comeback. I'll use that next time. Proper bo.

Yeah a little bit. What's more, you get to see the person you're into a lot more than many people - so be grateful, and after a week you'll be even happier to be together!

Smoomoo you don't sound like a nag  I experienced the same thing last summer. I was used to seeing my bf everyday and then I went on holiday for a week and was really upset that I'd miss him. Maybe he's upset and doesn't wanna make "the last night" into a huge thing, just leave it casual. Just keep in contact and it will fly by. I thought it was a big thing but then I went to uni and a weeks nothing!

Hope it kinda helps *Hug*

FFS, you're only going away for a week! Let him have some time with his mates - he'll probably appreciate it. You see him so often he may want sometime to hang out with other people. He can't be expected to reorganise his whole life just to fit in with your desires. He's being nice enough to drive you to the airport in the morning so you'll see him then. Btw, you do sound like a right nag.

You sound like you need to get some issues. I mean, really. That's what you call a problem?? Damn, if that's all you have to worry about I'm jealous.

Seriously its only a week, thats 7 days - really is nothing. Half of that time you will be asleep anyway, and it will go quickly. My advice is just enjoy your holiday and don't dwell on not seeing him because you will regret not making the most of your holiday. Then when you get back it will be much better because you will be so pleased to see eachother. Also - if you see him everyday why does it matter that he wants to spend some time with his friends - you don't want him to lose them do you?! x

Yeah some people have it too easy lol

im not saying its a huge "problem", its just he has been going on all week saying he cant believe im leaving him and how much he will miss me. So i just thought he might want to spend it with me, and see his friends all week. especially for the sake of a playstation

You sound really posessive - of course he's going to miss you if he likes/loves you, but he'll be fine! FFS, HIS LIFE DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU - YOU CAN't EXPECT HIM TO BE AT YOUR BECK AND CALL ALL OF THE TIME! Let him spend time with his friends otherwise he might start to feel a bit chlostraphobic going out with you - he needs his own space too!

Wow, I wish I had "issues" like this.

Seriously, its not a big deal. He's driving you to the airport tomorrow (at 5am...very nice boy) so surely you'll see him then? I would be thanking him for driving me to the airport, rather than having a go at him because he has arranged to see his mates. You would be annoyed if he made plans to see you and then cancelled to go and stay at his mates wouldn't you? You can't expect it to only work one way!

Lesson: Never get in the way of a boy and Pro-Evo. Same can be said for a lot of games. Sad, but true.

Smoomoo if my girl was like you i'd kick you out.

He sees you everyday, yet you want him to rush over to you when he already has plans? You gotta be kindin me right. I know for a fact i wouldn't... i do what i want and MY girl understands that.

You got some issues girl.
Lol my boyfriend hated computer games before he went to uni and i loved them, now i have to tear him away from FIFA!

I don't really know your situation but Pro Evolution Soccer is pretty damn special.

Best off you don't get in the way of a man and his PES.

He is one sad person. But let it be and let him enjoy it.
