Well just accept that you've got a fat face then, you either lose weight and eventually you'll have a defined jawline, or you stay fat.

My mum told me this..using the back of ur hands, if u quickly tap ur chin, neck and face..ur basically toning up ur face :confused: Dont know if this will help or not!!

So do I have to be underweight to have a proper jawline thingy? Isnt there another way?

Heres a common one:

Open and close your mouth 20 - 30 times a day. Time how fast it takes you to do this. Try and then beat your record. I managed 11 seconds. Let us know how you get on

When I read the title of this thread I thought it was going to be another binge eating thread. "Getting fat off your face".
If you do cardio exercise eg ski machine, running machine then this will tone up your bum and may help you lose weight in your face, but unless you're willing to lose a bit of weight surgery seems to be the only way! Maybe its more to do with your face shape than actually having a chubby face? But you'd know more about your face shape than i would :smile:

EDIT: a load of messages didn't load when i posted that, so i take back the 'surgery is the only way unless you're gonna lose weight' statement, cus apparently its not!

that is very similar to what i said, however, with yours you can risk getting cramp in your mouth.

How do you go about this? I really really want a thin-ish face. (If you have any tips on getting some off the butt please share :p: )


Some people have a round face and no matter what they do they'll never have a chiselled jaw. I'm afraid that's me. :redface:

The best thing to do is stay off the booze because that really bloats your face badly. I look like bagpuss for a couple of days if I have a lot to drink!!
I have your problem, im my right weight everywhere, but i have a chubby face. Makes me look younger too, hope these exercises work :smile:
drinking bloats your face?? that sucks. i like drinking and i hate my jawline sometimes! oh well.
Some people are born with naturally large/chubby faces or cheeks...

You can't lose bf on a particular part of the body. If you lose weight, you lose weight all over. End of.

great idea. slapping yourself in the face really loses fat, it just melts it away. people need to start using this technique for losing fat elsewhere. don't diet; punch yourself where you want to lose fat.
