If you do cardio exercise eg ski machine, running machine then this will tone up your bum and may help you lose weight in your face, but unless you're willing to lose a bit of weight surgery seems to be the only way! Maybe its more to do with your face shape than actually having a chubby face? But you'd know more about your face shape than i would

Some people have a round face and no matter what they do they'll never have a chiselled jaw. I'm afraid that's me.
The best thing to do is stay off the booze because that really bloats your face badly. I look like bagpuss for a couple of days if I have a lot to drink!!

great idea. slapping yourself in the face really loses fat, it just melts it away. people need to start using this technique for losing fat elsewhere. don't diet; punch yourself where you want to lose fat.
