Hey all! Well so far, all seems to be going well; I've had 4 unconditional offers out of 6, with one refusal and one still pending.

Today, I got one from Hull University - it was an unofficial/informal offer, but basically to pre-empt the official one I'll be recieving from UCAS.

So I looked up Hull, and the Scarborough campus which houses the Creative Music Technology department and it seems to be just what I have been looking for (considering Camb. APU's studios arent even finished yet, and Leeds Met won't even tell me their studio facilities). 12 studios, 2 recording studios at £70,000 each...sounds impressive! So yeah, what's the word on Scarborough - reputation, pros, cons, anyone done this course, or anyone that knows alot about music technology know anything about it?

Any opinions would be cool - I'm getting a good feeling about this place, obviously I've yet to check it out, but just going by what I've read it sounds great. I'm just waiting for something to prove me wrong lol

I wasn't even away that Scarborough had a university.
It is a satelite campus of The University of Hull.

It is not a seperate entity, it is part of the University just based 40 miles away.

Another example of this is Brunel that has 3 campus in various parts of London.
