hello , same problem with mine, even i send return next day delivery paid postage but still now received. send out on 22nd and same update on royal mail when i try to track it.
Please don't necro threads. This thread is more than four years old.
How long does it take to be sent to me as my support worker sent it off then it came bk and had to send something with it and now its been bout a week, someone tell me how many weeks plz thanksm

Did it require a signature before been delivered? Cos I sent mine on 9/01 and wondering when I'm gonna receive it.
This thread is from 2016 - the licence comes in the normal post, and doesn't require a signature.
