Excited to see a episode with not much to do with the story arc as we have had lots of story arc heavy episodes lately.

Can't wait! Although, the weird 'monster/whatevertheyare' - things in this episode look so silly, but i bet i'm still going to be left running up my stairs as quick as possible because i'll be afraid that they're lurking in the dark :mmm:

Moving far too slowly for my liking. And the kid's voice is annoying.

Absolutely terrible! Only slightly better than RTDs awful 'monsters in the wardrobe' Olympics episode.

I liked it! I was pleased that Mark Gattis saved the day with the power of love in a slightly less ridiculous way than with the Daleks.

And I don't remember the exact quote, but it amused me that Rory said something like "We might die! Again."

Personally I thought that was really bad. Really not enjoying Doctor Who as much as I used to unfortunately. The actor who played George was cheesy and annoying (yes I know he's young, but), Amy got turned into a doll and magically back again, with no explanation how. Why was the old woman in it? Rushed ending etc.

What was that nursery rhyme at the end saying? I only caught the last line. Something about 'the doctors time will come'

Props to the child actor who played George - with all that twitching and blank stares I genuinely believed he was an alien

:lolwut:

Next week's episode looks pretty kick ass though, can't wait :yy:

The dolls were pathetically hilarious. Porcelain dolls staring and little kids are terriyfin. At least we now know when the two combine they are really not scary at all.

I really can't express how terrible I thought that episode was. Disgraceful.

As soon as I saw Mark Gatiss on the titles I thought it would be good but I didn't really like it, wasn't really scary and a bit of a cheesy ending.

Thats because the Doctor isnt David Tennant. Matt is good just not 'my' Doctor.

stopped watching it towards the end. Dr who is crappy now

the monsters will only go away if the boy wills it to, but the boy can't because his parents don't love him, parents says i love you, the monsters disappear.

is that what happens? im guessing. I stopped watching it when the doctor said something is stopping the boy psychologically
