    My Neighbour has been bugging me for ages by letting his dog maniacally for hours without doing anything to shut the feces machine up!
    ive tried shouting out the window, ive tried letters to him, ive even involved envoronmental health!

    Take the dog on a date, sweeten it with roses and poetry. Pay for a prostitute dog to give it the once over. Then your troubles are over

    oh if only it were that simple zippo! it barks cuz its locked up all day and when the guy comes home he just wants to hump the ugly bird next door, so it gets shut in the garden.....

    and theres dogs mess everywhere!

    Get a lion then. They can be tamed apparently, there is a family in south africa with 4 as pets.

    yeah my backgarden will be slightly too small, but then again - ill be able to take it for a walk and get the little *******s who beat me up recently! ooooh and a hippo, apparently theyre more dangerous, can they be tamed?

    Pygmy hippos can be, but regular hippos are very dangerous.

    Won't it scratch your paintwork though, at least with your own dog you can in some cases call it a *****

    Yeh, yeh... it was the oompa-loompas I do believe.
    If everyone had oomp-loompas no one would have any problems and this person wouldn't have a problem with the dog because they would have come to a solution.
