Is it easier for girls to get bf's or..

guys to get gf's? I immediately think its easier for girls to get guys because guys tend to need the sex more but then again guys are generally expected to make the first move so it might be harder for girls if no guys make moves on them.
Also Id say that there was more pressure on girls to look good whereas guys can get away with it more, so again is it harder for girls to get guys?

It seems its easier for girls really but I don't know..

I would say its even.

Guys to get girls.

I think the opinion of the poster will largely depend on which sex you are.

As in, girls will think it's easier for guy to get girls and guys will think it's easier for girls to get guys.

As I'm a guy, guess my opinion.

Normally it is about even, but in terms of flirting and the stereotypical image - women are "hit on" much more evidently and often than men are. Men are seen as the pursuers with women rejecting those she dislikes, although in reality it applies both ways.

Well I feel it's harder for a boy to get a girlfriend seeing as boys are expected to make the first move it puts pressure on us when maybe we don't have the confidence to make the first move. Plus I feel that when you said girls are expected to look good more often is a true statement but pointless in todays society, because if a guy goes out with a girl he is eventually going to see her without makeup so what is the point. All make up does is hide yourself behind a chemical vizards.

I dunno, I've always thought it was easier for girls to get guys because all girls have to do is hang around looking pretty, and someone is bound to try it on.

I think ladies have it easier and I think most of them actually feel they know that.

If a lady makes a move, it's very unlikely she gets turned down. If a bloke makes a move, he expects to get turned down.

That said, the distinction between sex and a relationship is key. Most blokes will hop into bed with a lady if they can. They don't face the potential consequences women do...

I'd say the complete opposite to that!
I agree with burningwings, but perhaps I'm just thinking of sex; I'd say any girl could go to a club any night of the week and pull a guy because there are more desperate guys than girls. Perhaps I'm speaking from my past experiences and those of my friends (all male), or just because I'm a guy, but that's my guess.
