Near-terminally overdosing on eggs is the traditional one. I suspect some manner of exercise may be essential though.

You can eat absolutely loads of food but it will just end up as fat. So you'll put on weight as fat but hardly any muscle. If you are serious about putting on weight then its better to put on more muscle than fat. Muscle weighs more than fat and looks better as well. So you will have to do some form of exercise.

Eat lard.
a dietician told me that its unhealthy to gain more than 2kg a week - just keep that in mind! otherwise just try and graze on food throughout the day is the best advice i can give! good luck! xx

I agree with this guy. You don't wanna end be fat realy and eating loads may mean you just get a a fat stomach but have skinny arms and legs.

Do some weight training to put on some muscle. You have to eat a fair amount, but make sure its the right stuff (i.e. dont eat junk food, as it really provides you with nothing).

Just eat a lil more than usual, to loose weight you should eat more calories than you work off so increase you calorie intake but using healthy food (everything has a calorie content) so your not giving yourself heart disease or something.

why do you want to gain weight, i wonder if you can have liposuction fat put in your body. Muscle is much better but much harder to get. Eat lots of meat and do weight training is the sensible answer, but sadly takes effort which teenagers have little of.
