is the Pre masters really worth it ??

hi !!,

i have an undergraduate degree in engineering and am planning to apply for an MSc in Accounting n finance,

came to know about Univ of London's SOAS Department of International Foundation Course which runs a ten month programme.

do you think it's worthwhile to attend this course keeping in mind applying to top five business schools in UK for a masters in Finn/Acc ......and yes i am not prepared for GMAT as of now.
