what do people think about stretch marks? could you ever date a boy or a girl that had it?

Back in ye olde days when I had a 6-pack, I could do this trick where I could push out my stomach and look pregnant. Did it one too many times apparently . Anyway, they went away. Aren't they supposed to never go away? Maybe it wasn't really stretch marks. Hmmm.

On topic: doubt it would bother me that much.
they fade anyway, and i think you'd be hard pushed to find someone without a single stretch mark... I haven't known it to bother anyone yet!

lol I think every girl and probably a lot of boys have them, it just means they have gained or lost weight. They only occur in places like thighs or buttocks so no one can see them and I dont think many people would dump someone if they found they had stretch marks lol

most girls have them on their hips/breasts...it just indicates rapid growth/loss so obviously going from being a skinny boy-looking child to getting a woman's figure results in some stretch marks. but they fade anyway, and no one really cares.

Yeah, they aren't exactly ugly!

Let's hope not - otherwise there would be a lot of single people out there

They fade, become less visable overtime so shouldn't cause many problems. I got them when I went through puberty but they aren't very visable now. I really don't care about them.
Aww yeah, I also have stretch marks along my arm for a few inches, just under the armpit, from a shoulder dislocation a few years ago. I consider them to be cool though, like battle scars :p:

bi-product of having kids, my bf don't seem to mind them. i do, however find them a tad ugly.

I have quite a lot, on hips, shoulders, couple on underside of arm at elbow...fading slowly. Guess I got them when I put some weight on (was doing lots of manual labour, developed quite a lot more muscle))
For this reason, I would see no problem with them on a gf, because (as has been said), lots of people have them

That’s true, if you spend all your time at the gym, you get stretch marks.
