Has anyone else applied for this internship?

also, crawls, if you're still out there bud, did you get the job?
Here is how it goes.

One on one interview : pretty standard, one person in the room, competency questions, one or two mind tricks

Then its off to a test center about 10min away from the banks building, where you will undergo a numerical, verbal and psychological test(this is the longest and there is no right or wrong so watch out). I think that they use SHL but I forgot.

I applied on the 3rd of sept for a summer internship at macquarie capital aswell when did you apply and for when?

Thanks
i was thinking of giving a fair reply....but then i saw the dates and just lol'ed.

Why did you resurrect a thread from 2006?

I think Macquarie lot wait till the deadline before they process/deal with applications.

So you prob wont hear anything till then (i think)

Thats what I heard for grad schemes anyway.

Yep, thats definitely the case. Other thing to add to the assessment centre is a ridiculously long (i mean 2 hour long..) salesperson aptitude test. It was THE most ridiculous thing I've ever done.

b.) No
c.) Don't know
d.) Don't care

How can you get worried when someone else on this page has said they wait until late?
And at the top somebody had an interview in January?
I interviewed for them last year. They noticed me in January so chill out guys.

Just got an invite to the first round interview..

the testing seems to have increased this year.... they allocated 4 hours to it and say should take at most 3 hours!

How technical do these get? Or is it just competency for this round?
