Psychology degree? and stuff of that nature. Some biology based degrees maybe but i thought alot required chemistry to at least AS. What do you want to do?
I'm no expert but Psychology looks good as a degree for your combination.

Biology is related to the more physical side,
Sociology examines the context of one's actions,
and Psychology comes in handy...
I did Japanese, History, Media Studies and English Literature (plus Geography at AS). People have told me this combination is strange, but it got me a place at university on a course I've always wanted to do, so whether it's strange or not is irrelevant.

Do what you feel is right. If you pick subjects you don't like, then you're more likely to not fulfil your potential in them. This would reflect on your grades, so there would be no point!

Good luck with what you've chosen, and I hope it gets you where you want to be.

You could do a Psychology or Sociology degree. Failing that, Anthropology would be perfect for you as you take Psychology, Sociology and Biology.
Don't think that's really wierd tbh - perfect if you wanted to study psychology. You've got 3 essay based subjects as well as 2 sciences (psychology fits both). You do need to decide what you want to study at uni before you drop a subject for A2 though I would think (assuming you drop one), for example a law degree you may want to drop biology, or for a more sciency-subject drop either law or sociology.

I know, I've had to restart the year again because I chose subjects that looked good and not really looking at what I enjoyed. One more question: can you list down what I can do from there with these subjects?

Well, I don't know. I only really looked at Japanese degrees because I was so incredibly focused on getting those.

But, my friend did both psychology and law and went on to go English Literature at Queen Mary's. Her other subjects were English Literature and Media Studies.

What sort of thing would you like to go into and I'll see if I know anything than can be of use.

I did English Language, French, Maths, Physics. Seems odd to some people but perfect for my degree (linguistics).

As others said, psychology could be good for you. You could obviously also do law or sociology.

Cheers guys, keep your ideas rolling in. @ffpros, I doubt I can do those subects at degree level as I don't do those at A level.

Thanks, I don't know really-I'm a lost case at the moment:tongue: I should have some idea of what I want to do in the future.

I think I might want to do diagnostic radiography as it combines theory with practical work. That is just a thought though.
Friend of mine did Maths,Further Maths, Politics, Sociology...:/

Studying Computer Science!

AS level subjects:

Psychology, Biology, Sociology, Law.

Whenever I tell people what subjects Im studying they all ask my the same thing : WHAT THE HELL CAN YOU DO WITH THOSE SUBJECTS ?!! Or: YOU TOOK BIOLOGY WITHOUT CHEMISTRY?!

I mean I dislike chemistry, therefore I didn't choose it. What I wanted to ask everyone on TSR is to: list down all degree courses I can do from these subjects. Simples.

I don't think that's weird at all. You have good openings into both the sciences and the social sciences with those A-level subjects.

I did French, Spanish, History and Maths. People asked me "why Maths, you're clearly not a science-y person" (well, actually I am but hey ho!)... Unless you have a specific degree/career in mind, you should study whichever subjects you like at A-level, regardless of whether they combine well together. If you study your 4 favourite subjects (or at least your 4 favourites that you're also good at), then when it comes to applying to university, you're more likely to choose a degree that really interests you, not one that only half interests you.

I did History, English Lit, German and Physics. Reactions ranged from "that's a nice variety" to "wtf?"

Well it's not all that bad , I expected a very random combination of A-levels going by the thread title only.
Hm.. you have biology and psychology ... so perhaps physiotherapy , physiology, biochemistry wouldn't be possible due to your lack of chemistry in the selection of your A-levels, anything related to animals and their behavior.. perhaps Zoology .

I did maths, human biology and media studies. A slight deviation from my original application at AS level to do maths, physics, chemistry and biology.
Criminal psychology? Is there such a thing?

Ooh! Ooh! I think Forensic Psychology might go really well
