How cool is this 'diet', and it's more like a 'lifestyle' rather than diet

You can eat and drink practically everything you want so long as it's healthy and in moderation, check out its main webpage: http://www.themainmeal.com.au/index.cfm?pid=62

And it's reviews: http://www.productreview.com.au/showitem.php?item_id=1153

Just thought I'd see if anyone else has done it before, and your thoughts please

Much thanks,

DB_x

I havent done this specific diet but one very similar and I lost 21lbs on it, no problems.

Moderation and exercise are the key, fad diets do not work. Trust me Im an expert

No worries

Yeah it's really doing well over here in Australia, everyone is talking about it and I think it's just a lot easier to follow than some of the stricter ones, so thought I'd let you guys know about it.

I personally dont pay much attention to the user reviews.
However it looks good and any sort of diet, thats done by a well trust company and not some random website is worth a try.

It's done by a science institute! And many qualified nutritionists across the country (not just one, plenty) have taken part, teamed up with cooks as well.

I know that when it came out it was on top of 'The Australian' book list for non-fiction, and that it was the most sold out book in most bookstores...

Its Basically his run of proven techniques which take away the negative eating balance most overweight people have.
And his techniques also mean you can still eat what you want, and when you want.

That's how most healthy people do things anyway - this isn't a diet at all, just common sense! Everyone knows you're not supposed to eat to have too much sugar, fat, etc in your diet - this is just common sense.

You could say that (in fact plenty of people I know - that don't know much about the diet I might add - have commented), but it's been checked over by scientists and peer reviewed to make sure everything is in sync.

Also why don't you visit the webpages and see it for yourself before coming to simple conclusions?
