I was unable to secure any internship this summer as I have applied for every single internship yet can get a single one
I think companies are being arrogant and snobbish as they only take people who have many jobs underneath their belt and or have 2:1 or got many jobs etc
is there any point to applying for internships again for next summer I don't think so anyway
they can market themselves to their hears content but when applying they reject when they get too much applications and only choose the best
