some times i get a random stabbing pain in my breasts, a bit of a twinge. i'm not really worried or anything i just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same? and if anyone knows what it is?

If it persists then go to the doctor. He'll ask you questions and suggest a range of terms to describe the pain you're feeling. I used to get stabbing pains in my chest and ribs and said it was cramp (to my dad - he's a doctor), and he asked me to describe what the pains were like, giving words such as frequent, sustained, dull, throbbing, etc, because these words and mean very differnt things to doctors - in the end my dad told me that I didn't have cramp, but something completely different and that it was a doctors job to extract information about how a patient really feels as opposed to how they say they're feeling, because a patient and a doctor have very different ideas to what the words you use to describe a problem really mean. The doctor is professionally trained, the patient is not. Anyhows, if the pain persists, then I reccomend going to see the doctor to find out what it is. Hope that this advice helps, and that you feel better soon.

i dont get it that offten so i assumed it was nothing to worry about. i used to get stabbing pains in my chest sometimes for like 3 days straight, i couldnt even move, and the doctors told me there was nothing wrong with me. but anyway this breast pain is no way as bad as that, its just a little sharp pain every now and then, not always every day and not always every week, feels a bit like growing pains or a really bad nipple tweek lol but if it gets worse i'll pop allong to the docs thanx
