i cant write essays!

my essay question is

Discuss two or more ways in which eating and satiation are controlled by neural mechanisms (9 marks + 16 marks)

how do i go about this?

The introduction is my biggest pitfall :frown:

I would probably start like :

Two ways in which neural mechanisms control eating satiation are X1 and X2.

Firstly X1 works like blah blah (outline it)
This has been supported by evidence from blah blah (Give a study/research)
However evidence that contradicts this is .... (give a study)
This shows that..(say what it shows - more than one factor?/not conclusive etc?)

This lacks ecological validity/external validity/ reliability etc
this is deterministic/reductionist
This is biased in gender because...

Then do the same for X2...

Hows that?
