    Dear Student Room,

I hope you guys are having a nice day.

I have chosen the electrochemical cell investigation for my coursework and was wondering whether you had any ideas.

I am investigating the effect of certain factors on voltage:

    Concentration of metal salts
    Surface area of electrode
    Different salt bridges and sizes
    ligands into complexes

I am also using the Nernst equation to analyse my results.

I was wondering what you could suggest I could do to improve my investigation, how to find a real life application of it, and what good websites there are on it.

Does anyone know any good sources and what quantities of salts you should use?

    Many Thanks
