I've been off wheat for a month and dairy since April (have been phasing the dairy back in this month though). My diet is the most depressing thing on earth and it's driving me mad so I'm declaring tomorrow a wheat and dairy amnesty day.
So, how much is a Greggs cheese and onion pasty nowadays?
Any food suggestions? I'm also veggie and have been living on ryvita, rice and extra light cream cheese for the past few weeks. (with vegetables obviously).

My idea of a food binge is a medium meaty pizza, onion rings, chicken wings, garlic bread with cheese, dips, all for me.

I don't understand why people - well women really - go on food restriction diets designed for people with allergies that they don't have.

Normally I would agree with you on the restriction diet thing, but this is being done on doctor's orders (basically they want me to have a food allergy so they don't have to treat an actual illness).

I'm getting myself so hungry. I only have a tiny amount of money at the moment otherwise it would be a three course meal of Chinese, Indian and Pizza for desert. Boo to student budget/ slowness of Student Finance.

I guess being a veggie that the 72oz steak challenge at Branded Bull in Birmingham is out of the question then?
