Fees mean more lenient offers?
with the fees rising, and undoubtedly less people applying to university, do you think that universities will be more lenient with there offers?
thanks for help, i hope you are correct as i wont be good enough to get into the top universities anyway. You would think that the universities would just make sure that they fill the courses in order to have the 9 grand in their back pocket anyway.
