What kind of cereal? If its some really junky kids breakfast cereal then maybe, but otherwise theyre all usually wheat based.

If you like them, consider eating oats as your carb source, or some even better grain, theres loads available. Oats are cheaper than many though

Don't think so. (I could be wrong though) Maybe you don't need to loose weight though, that could be why it is harder? If anything not eating loads of bread etc, will probably help you to loose weight. Try exercising more, and drink gallons of water. Oh and don't forget to pile on the vegetables!

Nah, its proper stuff- all bran etc. The most boring kind!
Brown bread.

I only eat brown bread.I have carbs at lunch and don't eat carbs at dinner.

I doubt cereal is inhibiting your weight loss as it is very good for you(if it is All Bran like you say)...are you eating food that is high in sugar or high in fat?

your diet should be 50% fruit and veg, 25% protein and 25% carbs. whole grains such as cereals are much better than refined ones such as white bread. i'd say you were doing ok- most people fall down when it comes to carbs and diets!!
Not having carbohydrates in your diet will help you lose weight, not prevent you from losing it. Maybe you're not losing as much weight now as you're starting to approach a stable weight, ie. there's not much more to lose, so even if you're doing the same amount of exercise, etc, then your rate of weight loss will be much lower.
