Ideas for a Pyschology Extended Project

I'm applying to do psychology at uni and i need an idea for my extended project. Preferably something that is like a debate, like maybe nature v nurture, rather than just describing something. Any ideas welcome, thanks :smile:
You could do a psychological issue in society:
"to what extent can the government reduce teenage deliquency" -basically nature vs. nurture on crime
"Does gay adoption produce maladjusted children?" - alot of literature here.
"Evolution predisposes belief in religion, discuss", nature nurture/social psychology.


Or:
"Psychology isn't a science", Discuss, however this is more philosophical than empirical in your research.

I wish i did an extended project :P

I'd probably go for "To what extent in Psychology a science?"

There are five key features of a Science (Objectively, Control, Falsifiability, Predictability and Replication) which would lend itself well to a solid essay structure.

It's also a pretty popular issue in Psychology at the moment and there is a ton of information available on it.
