Further Maths is an exceptionally wise choice for a Computer Science degree, although if you think it may make all your grades suffer then you have to weigh that up.
It also depends where you are applying, if you want to go to Imperial College/Oxbridge/other top places, FMaths is more important. Plus if you want to go to those places you should be able to do FMaths without it affecting your other grades.
However if you are not aiming for them (although still high, top 10, top 20) then FMaths (while very beneficial) is less important in terms of admission.

Just remember that on any good CS degree course you will go well beyond the FMaths syllabus, so if you don't think you can hack FMaths to a decent grade then perhaps CS is not your course.
