    Hi All,

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on which summer internship to take. UBS FICC or RBS which would hopefully be in FICC too. Both looking at FX desk however I realise that an intern could be placed anywhere within FICC.

    Cheers

In the RBS internship, you'll be based on a home desk and complete short rotation across 20+ desks. If you impress the FX desk, you then get to spend 6 weeks there.

I've never heard of UBS being a big player in FX, it's more DB, RBS and BarCap, but I could be wrong here.

Thanks for all the replies guys, really appreciate it. So it sounds like if I want to go into FX Trading then I need to be going for RBS? But in general it sounds like UBS is the better option?

I hear UBS have a spare spot trading delta 1, if that's more your thing...

UBS is going down the drain but you can't get worse than RBS anyway
