nope, they used to give people levonelle 2, which is two tablets to be taken 12 hours apart.

now they normally give out levonelle, which is just one tablet.

don't worry.

if you're thinking this cos you've watched corrie and rosie had to take 2... well i don't know what they're doing really.

hummm when i had to take the morning after pill i was instructed to take both at the same time
i took just one as well, jenna's right about it changing to a combined tablet. i know its painful to spend so much money, especially if it wasnt your fault you had to (so many possibilities!), but its worth the peace of mind. hope you're ok, it can be a bit stressful cant it!
£24!! man that is steep. you can get it for free from your doctors or a family planning clinic
Levonelle One step is a one tablet form which is given, some places give levonelle 2 (the one where you take one straight away then one 12 hours later)
As for the cost, depending on where you live, it can be free. I worked in lloyds in the village where i live at home, it costs £24 there, i worked last summer at boots in the next district, there its given out for free. Its just cos this country is weird.
when i had to take it (missed pill) I was really lucky cos our next door neighbour is a GP, and she wrote me out a prescription straight away. But yes, it used to be 2 pills and is now just 1.
