Hey,

Any ideas/suggestions for a dissertation for (taught) MSc Mathematics would be much appreciated! I'm very interested in mathematical biology, especially blood flow as half of my modules this year are on fluid dynamics.

However, I really suck at PDEs, so am trying to find a topic that avoids these as much as possible - I don't mind doing some, but I think it will bring everything down if there's too much.

So far I've considered arterial bends and pulsating cylindrical tubes. Any more ideas?!

Thanks.
