Respectable a levels watch

    • Thread Starter

I do Art, Economics, Geography and Design. I plan to take Economics, Geography and Design to A2. Would you say these are respectable choices? Also I'm thinking of changing art to Maths (good idea?) even thow I plan to have a career in something creative. I got mostly A* at GCSE and am just scared I'm selling my self short doing art and design

If you worrying about respectable and selling yourself short...then yeah change Art to Maths...because it IS much much more respected and will get you further than Art. You've already got Design (which you'll take to A2) ...so if you want! You can change Art to Maths which In my opinion is a good move..

Economics and geography are the tradtional, respected subjects. Make sure if you do three A2s, you do those two plus one other, whether it's art or design. Remember, subjects like that are completely fine if that's the area you want to go into whether your AS is in maths or art I don't think will make much difference - my instinct says do art because you want to be creative in future. Maths, though worth a lot, won't help you there. You already have two tough, traditional subjects

Economics and Geography are both respected A levels as they're both traditional subjects. I wouldn't say Design is the best A Level to have but your other 2 are strong so it's all good
