I'm a Footballer and long-time Gym goer but find that due to school, other commitments and me not having much of a say over the food in the house, I'm not getting enough Protein to help me and probably Carbs too.
What are the best supplements out there for someone in my group? I've neglected the Gym over Christmas but I'm going back again. I do mostly Cardio but obviously I need body strength too so I do a bit of lifting too. Nothing too strenuous.
I need something like 1g-1.5g protein per pound and 1.5g per pound carbs, right? What do others use? I don't want anything too pricey either. Any help would be appreciated.
