    So basically i have average a-levels (A,C,C) however a D in gcse maths and i was wondering because i speak fluent chinese and would this give me more of a chance to get into uni as I want to do international business?

    They might be slightly swayed but they will still look at your grades/PS/references and if they're not up to scratch they're not going to give a damn.

    This. I'd probably think about resitting maths to be honest. Get the grades, a good PS and reference and you'd stand in a very good position.
