    What did you munch today, from start to finish? Was it a great day filled with delectable nommage, or was it a barren wasteland of cream-cracker proportions?

    At any rate, one man's crumbs maybe another man's feast, and as such, this thread lets the NEXT POSTER decide how good your culinary 24 hours were!

    In this thread, simply post what you ate all day and how it accumulated, and the next poster rates the following out of five (0 being dire, 1 being poor, 2 being sub-par, 3 average, 4 good, 5 exceptional):

    HEALTHINESS: (/5) - How healthy was the full day's eating?

    SIMILARITY TO MINE: (/5) - a purely personal one - how similar to a day YOU'D have, is this poster's?

    Got it? So I'll start by posting my day.


    BREAKFAST: A slice of Nimble Toast, slice of Crackerbread, 25g Cream cheese with chives, wafer thin turkey, chestnut mushrooms, cup of tea! (195 kcal total)

    LUNCH: Tesco Light Choices Carrot and Coriander Soup, Count on Us Rhubarb yoghurt, Hartley's 10cal Kiwi and Strawberry jelly. A bottle of flavoured water to drink. (199 kcal)

    DINNER: Tilda Vegetable Biryani, Mushrooms and Baby Corn, leaf salad.
    Pudding was some ice cream. Some pepsi max to drink! (485 kcal in total).

    SUPPER: 2x Weetabix Chocolate, and a chocolate Malted Milk biccie and cup of tea (310 kcal in total)


    FULL DAY: 1300 kcal approx - a fairly light day!

    Breakfast: Nothing
    Lunch: Nothing, woke up at 1pm
    Dinner: KFC, Chicken burger/Chips/Milkshake/piece of chicken + beans + Lucozade sport
    Supper: 2 pork chops + basmati rice + pint of milk

    Other - Half a twix + another pint of milk

    Breakfast: Cup of green tea
    Lunch: When I got back from lectures at 4 all I had time to wolf down was a tortilla wrap... Garlic tortilla, peppered ham, mayo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mushroom and salsa :coma:
    Dinner: Instant noodles which I've literally just eaten as I've only just back from gymnastics an hour ago
    Supper: Hot chocolate in bed
    Snacks: Half a pack of teeth and lips.

    Toto, your breakfast sounds lovely!
