54.435% more.
I found 2nd harder than 3rd. I didn't like the modules and had alot going on in my life. 3rd year I loved my modules and dissertation, and cut down the extra stuff so wasn't as stressed.
It'll vary according to uni, subject and what the lecturers are like. My second year was the hardest year by far. So much work!
Quite a bit, generally less theory and less time spent 'on', but a lot more out of lectures work.

It depends what you mean by harder, but I actually found 2nd year a lot harder than 3rd year in terms of workload and content.
3rd year you'll most likely have less hours, be doing more of what you want to do lecture wise and also doing your dissertation which despite what everyone says isn't super hard, just very time consuming.

A lot of people I know that ended up getting around 52 - 55% in 2nd year end up getting 10%+ higher in 3rd year.
