How the hell do you find citations on Lexis?

I look them up using citation search but shows nothing but if I look up name search the case will (usually) come up displaying the citation I originally searched for.

Am I missing something? The help files tell me to do exactly what I'm already doing.

I'm searching SCCR reports in case that makes a difference.

    Anyone help?

I'm afraid to say it's probably the way the citation is being entered. LL is quite sensitive to that.

Do you have access to Justis. I find it much easier, and there are boxed for each part of the citation search
