I was wondering; what kind of, if any, effect does being a year younger at uni have on your student life? Especially in terms of the whole "legal drinking age is 18" thing, and, well, anything else worth noting.

    Thanks

Nothing, theres a girl in a flat opposite ours whos 17 and we just smuggle her in by swarming the entrance of pubs / clubs with all our ID and 8/10 she gets in with us. She drinks; but if you dont, dont feel obliged to do it.
