i blast my ipod and dance around or go a for a walk... usually blasting ipod.. unless stress has blessed me with a headache..........

Music is a good way, but video games tend not to be...I enjoy them when I play, but afterwards I feel awful and irritable...

Me and my mates wrestle...
And we go go clubbin, drink tons and pull girls(which generally cause stress)

I bite my hand. Don't recommend it though, it is permanently swollen where ive bitten it so often and teeth marks are permanently embedeed
I used to go for long walks, but since my uni is in one of the worst dumps in SE London, i do not have access to nice parks, or a safe/peaceful road to walk around. But long walks helped, even just the fresh air did.

Cry. If things are getting really bad, just cry and let it out and then get on with it. xx
When I am stressed people usually find me playing Solitaire or Freecell on the computer. I find it really helps. Or I go for a walk or kick a football around my garden.

Fresh Prince of Bel Air, My wife and kids . Listening to some good music revives the sould. I find singing (yes i said singing) and dancing does good too.

HAs anyone got any decent methods for relieving anger/stress other than exercise = that does usually work for me its just i often dont have the time or the weathers bad or something and sometimes just need to relieve stress -?!

hit your pillow! kick and scream on your bed. generally though i agree with the walk, or a cycle ride. something to get fresh air and blood pumping. it clears your brain a little. or just have a long chat with your friends, with a lot of laughing. if i'm stressed it helps if i'm not alone because i will cry. though often crying is the best way to get it out of your system!
