Nottingham University: Transfer from Business to Computer Science??? (+++ REP given:)

I really want off my business course at Nottingham (it's awful and most certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to start their own business after university). I've kind of decided that I want to do computer science now because it'll help me with web design and applications in the future when I will start a business, and even if I was to not start my own business it is a good skill to have.

Anyway, my only dilemma is that I have to do a foundation year first and was wondering if you think this will be worth it?
