Lost my sex drive?

I am finding recently that I am only masturbating once a week at most, I used to do it everyday. Also before anyone asks I am not having sex at all, and am actually still a virgin. I know not masturbating often or at all isn't neccessarily unhealthy or strange but it is strange to me because I used to do it often.

Is there something wrong with my hormones?

My diet hasn't changed at all, although I am probably consuming more alcohol each week now than I was a few months ago. But I am only going out 2-3 times a week at most so shouldn't be consuming enough to affect me.
My sleeping pattern is irratic, I sometimes sleep till 2-3pm and my bedtime is anywhere between 12-4am.

The most obvious answer is that I have reached the end of puberty and my hormones are not at as high levels, but maybe it could also be because I am not looking after myself?

I used to just get a boner over a hot picture of a girl i see, and then if I was in my room alone i'd just start jacking off. But now I don't get boners very often, last time I got one was NYE when this girl i liked got close to me for a picture.

I am very worried about this because I may have sex in the near future (seeing as i'm at uni) and I might not be able to get in the mood :confused:

How long have you felt like this for? If it's only temporary then the best explanation would just be you're having a quiet spell, men seems to have a cycle just like women. If it's been going on for longer then it could be more serious, but maybe it's just your age. Is it really anything to worry about anyway?

I'ts probably been going on about 3 months. Seems like the only way I'll get some action is if I pull a girl at a club and score or if I get a girlfriend, and neither of those are definitely going to happen soon. My hand seems to have retired lol, wonder if it wants a pension?

Do you workout?

Yeah I have, I also came to this conclusion. Although I didn't want to say it here because it sounds a bit silly.

Perhaps your cóck isnt in the form of its life because you're not eating well?

It is true...i've felt relatively horny recently and i play that down to a slightly better, healthier diet. :biggrin:

Do some exercise, or more exercise if this relates...exercise is good for this kind of thing.

I agree with that train of thought, especially if you have been seeing more girls recently. I always get less 'frustrated' after hanging out with girls, even if nothing happens; I masturbated less often when I was with my last girlfriend who I didn't sleep with, than my current girlfriend who I am sleeping with. Strange, but happens I guess.
