It really depends on how one defines "Hormal issues". I mean diabetes is a hormonol issue is it not?
In terms of sex hormones, in most normal males no. Men just have testosterone that may have slight fluctuation in quantity but with neglible effects. Yes there is aggression but it is a fair "one track" thing which is pretty predictable (unless some form of intoxication is put into the mix), so it isn't really an "issue" as such.
Testotorone deficiency is a chronic illness that can either be genetic or happens naturally with age with is a sort of hormanol issue.
