uhh... three?
Three...

Well I assume four if you include time. Seeing as string theory hasn't really been experimentally proved yet , it wouldbe extremely hard to prove it in any other dimension. By no means am is string theory expert, if there are any theories on this then please let me know, however for now that's my opinion.

10  i'd say 4 dimensions of space and time that have been proven.

3, though you can have fewer depending on the source and choice of media. I don't want to contemplate whether or not a sound wave travels through time as the wave itself is just a pattern of nodes and antinodes in a medium, whereas a light wave (for example) is an actual 'thing'.

One.

In flat land you can theoretically have sound because sound is energy and energy I believe only has one dimension (even though it travels through our third dimension). Of course I could be entirely wrong about the whole thing.
