Cod liver oil supplements and alcohol
Hiya, i take cod liver oil supplements for the vitamin A ( i cant stand carrots and certain other foods, which are unfortunately high in vit a, so i need it)
Im used to taking it after dinner, so this means on a fri/sat nite i take those pills before consuming alcohol. Will the alcohol denature/inhibit the benefits of the cod liver oil? I read the leaflet in the box but it did not mention anything about alcohol.
