Are you sure it's actually yourself that you get aroused by, and not just seeing yourself in the mirror or whatever triggers sexual feelings for someone/something else? I didn't read the original post, so I don't know all the details, but maybe it's a bit more complicated, but less "worrying" than you actually wanting to make love to yourself?
