Mole question

Ok, I have this horrible problem.
I have a mole on my face, it is actually near neck, so you cant really see it. But there is a hair growing just from the middle of this mole. And I hate it and I usually take it off, not cutting, just taking it off (sorry, i am not native english speaker, hope you understand what i mean) and anyway, my cousin told me that it is extremely bad and I can get skin cancer if I u just pull it, tug...and now I have noticed that the form of the mole had changed and sometims I feel kind of pain there...can it be skin cancer? I am really sceared...

I trim any hairs sprouting from moles- just with scissors but not actually cutting the mole- I don't know if this is any good though...

I went to my Dr about a mole.

He said it was fine, but that I should watch out for any noticable changes, such as shape and colour.

If you have noticed such changes, then best go to see your Dr and get it checked out for reassurance.

Yeah you shouldnt really pluck hairs from moles i usually cut mine but im not sure if that would have caused it to change. Basically if any mole changes and you are worried about it then go and see your GP

I pluck hairs out of my mole and it is fine. Doctors. Go there. Ask. Not forum.

I pluck hairs from a mole on my cheek continuously, and it can spend a week at a time swollen and painful. It's really not a good idea... but I'm verging on obsessive keeping hairs from growing in it. (It's silly really, they're exactly the same hairs and grow at the same speed as the beard around it.)
