nah I got 4a 1b in AS. Its a long story lol.
To answer the second bit, it depends how hard they worked. If the person worked hard for the C, then yes, it is unlikely
But if they slacked and were capable of getting a higher grade, then who is to say that they won't achieve a higher grade at A2 (considering they are now willing to put the work in)?
