From the website...

Isn't it about Christmas time?
This is interesting, because I'm pretty sure Oxford have always said Christmas before.

The St John's website gives 19th December as the day decision letters are sent. But the Univ website says mid Jan. Bizzare.

Shall I email Oxford to ask?

Ooh. *subscribes* (thank you!)

It's implied. "the UAS Personnel Administrator" and "http://www.admin.ox.ac.uk/personneluas/contact.shtml" (that link is all about staff).

Where did you actually find that document?

You're welcs. There's lots of maths ones which may you go  omg that's so simple I am so stupid why did i not think of that. check out one about gold.

Again, I didn't read it all :frown:

MURRRM, i just googled oxford interview expenses and it came up

My previous post goes for you too, thanks for your support, it means a lot :hugs:

No problem, as you said, that's what this thread is for! Did you try phoning the college? Or do you think you'll be fine now?

That pdf I just posted showed the dates for the past few years, which have been respectively 22, 21, 20, and 19 December... Odd that they would switch it around this year. :dontknow:

It doesn't directly affect us yet, so I suppose we could leave it until later
Around 80% of the UCAS Personal Statement should be related to the course you wish to study.

Oh Merton... you sure live up to your reputation.

So much for the 3:1 split

Has anyone here done the PAT? How did people find it?

I did the PAT... I think it was harder than I expected it to be, based on the tests from '06, '07, '08, '09 and '10.
But it didn't go bad, was really lucky with the long question
Probably scored about 60 points.
How about you?

Wonder why they got their interviews so early? Is it because the LNAT was a lot earlier?
I've just remembered that one of the colleges (Somerville I think?) has the fire safety instructions on the back of the door, and in the event of a fire the first instruction is:
1) shout FIRE FIRE FIRE.
made me laugh at the time..

I think it probably this. I mean, I did my LNAT in mid-september so they would have got the results quite a while ago

*gulp*
