I currently have a bit of a cold but over the past day after urination I have been having this horrible burning sensation inside my vagina, it lasts for around 10-30 minutes and is so uncomfortable, has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what it may be?

Urinary Tract Infection.... Go to the docs... they'll give you some trimethoprim... usually takes about 4 days to go

Water is the key, it will go away. If it gets worse, show yourself to a doc

Agreed sounds like UTI, highly recommend cranberry juice and water, avoid fizzy drinks as these can irritate it more
