This is a fairly common occurrence especially among youths. The important thing to keep in mind is that like with most feelings, they will eventually subside. Think of the complications any decision could make in the long run and act accordingly.

It's totally common, jesus, young lads with hormones rushing everywhere, or girls for that matter - jesus, they could find a bloody plant pot attractive!! The fact it's your cousin makes it just a LITTLE bit too hard to express.

Is he older than you? If he is, it's probably more infatuation and idolisation (I guess that can apply inter-gender?) than sexual feelings, even if it doesn't seem so?
Like a lot of people who experience this, chances are you'll grow out of it so don't be too concerned, just don't try and act upon it and it'll all blow over I'm sure.
